What is it?

The EcoDynamic Bonus is earned on every EcoDynamic House you build. Not only are theses houses energy efficient, they save you money!

Several categories are used to calculate the EcoDynamic Bonus. In each category part of the savings are realized. By using the table below, you can calculate your bonus for a project.

The costs listed below are part of your development costs but not normally included in the hard costs of a project. The efficiencies of factory construction and material shortages appear in the costs quoted for a particular project.
